What is
“Local Meat”?

NW Local Meats is more than just a place to buy “good” meat. You are directly benefitting the 80+ Small Farms that are apart of Island Grown Farmers Cooperative (IGFC).

Our meat is pasture raised by Small, Independent, Local Farmers. When the Farmer has decided the animal is ready for market, we perform the small-scale, humane harvest, age it to optimum tenderness & taste, and cut and individually vacuum pack.

Meat purchased at NW Local Meats is straight from the pasture to your plate.
